Podcast 7 - The Live Editing Progress

Saturday, August 30, 2008 by Administrator

This coding week with Tim and Ruben is over and we made a video that sums up all the progress we made this week with the LiveEditing.

We got almost all the functionality in place, but I'll let the video speak for itself; 11 minutes of LiveEditing joy:

Remember that LiveEditing is still work in progress and the main purpose of the week was to get the functionality in place, while the UI still need some work, but we're getting close to releasing the next and final beta of Umbraco 4!

Hi Niels, thx for the cool vid!

Interesting: I'm working on textual documentation at this very moment. And code was already *fully* documented as we made it. So, that's really fast for Umbraco, even for any software product!

Holly c**p! That was amazing I think I will be giving this interface to end clients as opposed to umbraco, much nicer and easier for them to understand.

Niels get your wallet out and hire these guys already, they are doing some amazing work!
