Some people (and companies and products) believes in adding loads of features. Others just get the job done:

That video is really so appropriate and professional...

And it is from a movie btw.

maybe it's relating to the fact that umbraco becomes more and more buggy with every release and the core developers still focus developing new things instead of fixing problems?

On the road to being a seasoned Developer or IT Professional we're subject to great frustration... only after enduring that frustration, trials, errors, and successes over a period of time are we able to reflect that our greatest frustration was that of ignorance (the unknown).

With that being said I find myself liking Umbraco all the more each release, even though migrating from UMB 4.0.3 to 4.5 was painful, I may indeed look back and realize that it was painful for me because I didn't know as much as I should have.

    Cheers

@Anders: Define professional and appropriate. I'm sure I'd be proud we don't fit into those categories

@Well: Indeed our focus got blurred on 4.5 in our enthusiasm to make Umbraco even better. I'll blog about this soon but we've actually spend the summer fixing most of the issues reported. A v4.5.2 is coming very soon which should nail the last bugs reported. A lot have been learned which I'll try to outline and hope for feedback there.

    Cheers,

I think this video was to compare with Sitecore CMS. :)

I've just started to use both and they have features in common. Sitecore is nice. Far expensive, though.

Looking forward ot learn more about Umbraco and do the same as I can do with Sitecore.

    Cheers!
