If you are not a Partner and are looking to request a new Forms license/changes to an existing one, please navigate to this page.
If you need to modify a development environment for a Forms license, please reach out to Umbraco Support for assistance.
After you submit the form, this is what will happens:
If you are requesting a subscription-based license, the license key will be automatically generated and emailed to you.
In case this email lands in spam, please search for the subject line: "Your Umbraco license has been created."
If you are requesting a one-off Forms license, we will create a ticket for our Support Team who will handle license creation.
We will notify the Finance Department to deduct your credits or send you an invoice.
Please note that all licenses are yearly plans unless stated otherwise.
