Umbraco Forms + Salesforce CRM Integration
Integrating Salesforce CRM with the Umbraco CMS offers a new level of lead scoring and analysis.
Salesforce has an open API, which means it can interact with other platforms including Umbraco CMS. We use this API to integrate with your website and directly create and update information in the Salesforce CRM.
Umbraco Forms supports the idea of workflows - processes that are run when a form is submitted to allow you to do more with the provided information versus just storing it in the database for later review in the back office.
Ameex leveraged our existing Umbraco workflows and created a new workflow to integrate the Salesforce CRM with Umbraco Forms and enable the seamless transfer of data when the form is submitted.
To work with Salesforce API, you must create the connected app in your salesforce account, and then we can transfer the data using username, password, client Id, client secret and API token.
