In Charlie Tango, the term 'nerd' is a badge of honour. We respect the in-depth specialist, who is motivated by activating the convoluted nooks and crannies of the brain, when the complicated solutions must be razor-sharp. We may look like a motley crowd with our mix of people, backgrounds, skills and interests. We see this as a strength, because each employee's personal and professional qualities contribute to Charlie Tango. Every day we try to challenge the status quo with each other and with our customers.

There is room for differences with us, because there needs to be room for big thoughts, far-reaching ideas, and to paint with broad brushes. This applies to our office in the old building at Østerbro as well as the mental free space, in which our dedicated professional geeks can let themselves go and immerse themselves into.
