Our talented support specialists have long been located in Umbraco’s home country, Denmark. As we expand Umbraco’s presence across the Atlantic Ocean, we want to make sure you can access Support when it’s convenient for you.
Back in 2020, we opened new headquarters in North Carolina. With the subsequent growth of our US team, ensuring we can offer Support there too is the natural next step.
Our US team currently consists of 6 wonderful employees - and we keep hiring!
First- and Second-Level Support - now from the US
As a US-based customer, you can comfortably speak to someone also based in your country with a deep understanding of your context. And, even though our Denmark-based Support specialists cover a wide time range, you can rest assured that we provide support specifically for US time zones.
Our office in the US provides both first- and second-level support. Our first level of support solves almost 95% of all customer tickets. Umbraco’s second level of support comes in to solve the remaining 5%, which requires additional expertise. Having both types of support in the US ensures efficiency between the two, which means that you get quicker responses, faster solutions, and an overall delightful support experience.
