Background

The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) is a globally recognised authority on building services engineering. Its website plays a crucial role in delivering training, professional guidance, standards, and support to members across the world. However, the previous platform created friction for both users and internal teams.

Visitors struggled to navigate the site, locate training, or access key application support pages. Search functionality was weak, and internal workflows were held back by rigid content management tools.
