Empowering ESA with a Scalable, User-Centric Website on Umbraco
Background
ESA’s previous website was outdated, both visually and functionally. The design no longer reflected the organisation’s leadership in educational technology, and the backend limited content editors, who relied on developers for even minor updates. Solution
Zeroseven rebuilt the ESA website on Umbraco, hosted securely on Microsoft Azure, and integrated Microsoft Entra ID for advanced access control. The solution included a suite of custom widgets, giving content editors the flexibility to create dynamic layouts without developer input. Discovery workshops helped define key user personas and informed the new information architecture, content strategy, and visual design.
