Trivium Packaging needed a website that matched its global ambition and could actively support growth. We delivered a scalable, performance-led platform and focused on SEO, CRO, PPC alignment, and CRM integration to turn their digital presence into a true commercial engine. The result was a huge increase in performance, with users up +231%, sessions up +176%, and deeper engagement across the site.

Background

Trivium Packaging, formed from the merger of two established businesses, brought scale, expertise, and ambition to the sustainable packaging market. But their digital presence didn't match their leadership.

The existing site was functional, but limited.

It lacked the flexibility to scale globally, the structure to support SEO, and the storytelling needed to position Trivium as an innovator. Beyond that, it wasn’t built to perform, with gaps across CRO, weak alignment with PPC activity, and no meaningful CRM integration to support lead generation and sales progression.

We set out to turn a passive website into an active growth platform: scalable, with a performance-led ecosystem, and one that strengthens SEO visibility, supports paid media, improves conversion, and connects seamlessly with CRM to drive measurable business outcomes.

Solution

We designed and built a modular, future-proof platform that transforms Trivium’s website into a scalable digital ecosystem. A flexible system of components and templates allows teams to adapt content by market, evolve messaging quickly, and scale without constant redevelopment.

Built on Umbraco CMS, the platform combines power with ease of use, making content management faster and more intuitive.

Performance was built in from the start. SEO foundations improve visibility, CRO principles strengthen conversion, and close alignment with PPC ensures traffic lands on experiences designed to perform. CRM integration then connects the journey end-to-end, turning engagement into qualified leads and clearer sales progression.

To bring it all together, we elevated Trivium’s storytelling through high-impact visuals and custom imagery, making their sustainability proposition tangible and engaging.

The result is a platform that not only reflects Trivium’s ambition, but actively supports it.

Impact

The new platform elevated Trivium’s digital performance across visibility, reach, and engagement. Within 12 months, users increased by +231% and sessions grew by +176%, driven by stronger SEO foundations and closer alignment with PPC activity.

Engagement improved alongside this growth, with page views per session rising by +55%, indicating that users are exploring more content and moving through the site with greater intent.

The end result is a platform that attracts a larger, more relevant audience, encourages deeper interaction, and supports smarter, measurable business outcomes.
