Vacherin

A Smarter Website for the Caterer Feeding London’s Top Companies

Vacherin needed a website that could bring its new brand to life and support ongoing growth. We delivered a visually rich, flexible platform built on Umbraco, designed to enhance engagement, simplify content management, and provide clear performance insight. The result was a measurable uplift in interaction, with engagement up +32%, page views +21%, and News page traffic increasing by +107%.

Background

Vacherin, a boutique catering company serving some of London’s leading businesses, had undergone a rebrand in 2024. The identity had evolved, but their digital presence hadn’t caught up.

Their existing website lacked the impact and flexibility needed to bring the new brand to life. It didn’t fully showcase their expertise, tell their story effectively, or support ongoing engagement with prospects and clients.

The objective was to turn the rebrand into a working asset, and to create a modern, visually dynamic platform that clearly communicates Vacherin’s proposition, highlights client success, and provides an engaging space for content while driving new business opportunities.

Solution

We partnered closely with Vacherin and their brand agency to create a digital platform that matches the quality of their offering: refined, visually rich, and made to perform.

The site was restructured from the ground up to prioritise clarity, with intuitive navigation, stronger calls to action, and a seamless user experience designed to encourage exploration and engagement.

Built on Umbraco CMS and hosted on Umbraco Cloud, the platform is designed for long-term flexibility. Vacherin’s team can easily manage and update content, from case studies to news, keeping the site fresh and aligned with the pace of the business. Cloud hosting ensures ongoing stability, security, and sustainability as the brand continues to grow.

To support continuous improvement, we integrated various analytics tools & reporting, giving Vacherin real-time visibility into performance and the tools to refine their digital presence over time.

The result is a platform that not only brings the brand to life, but gives it room to evolve.

“We’re very proud of our new website. This is the second generation of website the team at Embrace has built us in a relationship of what must be almost 10 years – that speaks volumes. The team really got behind the vision of what we were looking to achieve and have built us a stunning website that truly reflects the new brand identity.”
