Camelonta

Camelonta is a Swedish digital agency founded in 2001, with 19 dedicated specialists working across strategy, design, development and digital marketing. We take a long-term approach to both technology and relationships, acting as a partner rather than a supplier.

Camelonta operates under a collective bargaining agreement and was nominated for Agency of the Year (Årets Byrå) 2025 — a recognition we see as a result of long-term client trust and collaboration.

Umbraco experts since 2013

In 2001 we began our story by building our own CMS (Camelonta CMS), which we developed and refined for more than a decade. That experience shaped our deep understanding of content, editorial workflows, and the real-world needs of content teams.

When we decided to move away from maintaining our own platform and focus fully on content and digital experiences, we chose the CMS that aligned closest with our own thinking — Umbraco. We have been working with Umbraco since 2013.

Because of this background, editor experience is part of our DNA. We design and develop Umbraco solutions with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and long-term maintainability, ensuring that content teams can work efficiently while organisations gain platforms that scale and evolve over time.

Our work has been recognised through several industry distinctions in recent years. We are an Umbraco Gold Partner, placing us among the leading Umbraco agencies in Sweden. We have also received Excellence in Customer Relations from Regi, reflecting consistently high client satisfaction, and been awarded UC Nordic Growth Company status.
