Background
ExplorEarth operates a digital membership platform focused on expedition and small ship adventure travel. As the platform continued to grow, the team wanted to strengthen how member registration data and profile information flowed from their Umbraco website into HubSpot.
The objective was to ensure that member activity could be reflected clearly and consistently within the CRM, supporting better insight, communication and long term engagement. ExplorEarth also wanted to establish a clear and repeatable approach to managing user data across both systems to support internal data governance standards.
Solution
Rock Solid Knowledge designed and delivered a modern integration between Umbraco and HubSpot that connects membership activity in real time. The solution ensures that each new registration created on the website is immediately available within HubSpot, giving the ExplorEarth team accurate and up to date visibility of its growing membership base.
Alongside this, a structured process for managing and removing user data across both platforms was introduced. The integration was built with maintainability in mind, allowing ExplorEarth to evolve its membership offering and CRM usage without disruption.
