1nergiek, a commercial cleaning company with around 500 employees, had outgrown its existing website. The organisation is known for its energetic, people-focused approach, but that character was not reflected online.
The website had to serve two very different audiences: potential clients looking for a reliable cleaning partner, and potential employees looking for a new job. Both entered through the same experience, without a clear route or tailored content. This made it harder for visitors to quickly find relevant information.
On top of that, the website needed a technical and usability upgrade. Mobile use, findability and content management all had to be improved.
