We provide expert guidance and support, but we do not take over your code or apply changes directly. Our goal is to help your team navigate challenges while keeping you in control of your deployment.

When to use hypercare? 

Hypercare is designed for business-critical launches where downtime or disruptions could have significant consequences. This could include:

Does your plan include Hypercare?

Hypercare is an exclusive offering for Umbraco Enterprise customers. If you’re an Enterprise customer, then yes, you can book Hypercare in advance for your next big launch. Reach out to your account manager to discuss your Hypercare needs and ensure peace of mind for your next critical deployment.

How to Book Hypercare

To ensure we have the best team available for your needs, Hypercare must be booked at least 5 business days in advance. This allows us to match the right experts to your project and ensure they’re fully briefed before launch.
