Codegarden update regarding Corona

Codegarden is coming up and we are as excited about it as always. But we are also aware of current events and that the COVID-19 virus is making headlines in many news media. And we realize that they can lead to questions about Codegarden. Here is a small status update.

Currently the plan is that Codegarden will happen as planned. We are, however, actively monitoring which guidelines are being shared by health authorities and are acting accordingly.

We will keep you updated if there are any changes in Codegarden plans.

Should I go to Codegarden?

Whether you should go to Codegarden is something that you should decide based on your own health condition as well as recommendations from your own doctor and health authorities.

If you want to refund your Codegarden ticket, you can do so up to three weeks before the event, no questions asked. You can read more about refunds in the Codegarden terms and conditions.

We hope that won’t be necessary though as we would love to see as many friendly and healthy umbracians as possible at the biggest Umbraco event of the year.

Loved by developers, used by thousands around the world!

One of the biggest benefits of using Umbraco is that we have the friendliest Open Source community on this planet. A community that's incredibly pro-active, extremely talented and helpful.

If you get an idea for something you would like to build in Umbraco, chances are that someone has already built it. And if you have a question, are looking for documentation or need friendly advice, go ahead and ask on the community forums.
